Road Records is an independent record label and recording studio that was open to the public from 1989-2004. Based in Victorville, CA the label served a wide variety of Southern California solo recording artists, corporate clients and bands. The studio closed to the public but is still run as a private label and studio.
As of 2005 Road Records only distributes audio projects owned by it’s long time producer Conrad Askland. See what adventures he’s up to now on his Music Producer website. His personal library of over 150 music CD’s are distributed world wide to appropriate markets. At last sighting he was producing projects in Asia for a well known international performance company. Check his website for details.
This particular website is an archive of former recording artists and friends that Conrad worked with at the Road Records recording facility in Southern California. Mostly for nostalgia.

I learned quite a bit from the very diverse projects that came through the studio those years in the High Desert. Because we were open to the public and accepted so many projects, it was invaluable in my education on different music styles and approaches. Thank you so much to all So Cali artists who gave me a chance to work with them. I will always have a place in my heart for the artists from Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia, CA. Thank you!.
